Macrobyte Resources is a custom software development and consulting company specializing in groupware solutions that enable communication and content management on intranets and the Internet.
We produce some commercial software, primarily Conversant, on which much of our consulting and custom development services are based.
Language Modules for BBEdit
We also provide "language modules" for the Macintosh text editor BBEdit, from Bare Bones Software. Many of our language modules are now included as part of the application (JavaScript, Java, SQL, Markdown, YAML, and others).Software Development

- Programming in perl, php, javascript, usertalk (Frontier), or java
- Full applications or small browser enhancements, to run on the Mozilla Suite or FireFox, written in XUL
- MySQL database development (including database-driven Web 2.0 applications)
- Creation, improvement, or expansion of a web site in Conversant or PHP, or cgi written in perl or shell.
